I got into the industry due to an array of injuries I received on the football field and my goal ever since has been to teach people how to achieve pain free movement for life. Through mobility and strength training I can improve performance to achieve your goals and decrease your risk to injury!
I have been training with Brendon for just over 2 years. Not only has he helped me lose 75kg but has helped me keep it off since losing my weight nearly 1 year ago. My fitness and strength have superseded what I ever expected. Brendon has the patience of a saint & knowledge of someone well beyond his years. Within a few months of seeing Brendon, I got back to training regularly, started eating properly again and lost 7cm off my waist. Now, almost at my 2 year mark and with Brendon's support, I have no plans of slowing down. Not only does he regularly check in to review my progress, he answers all of my questions and helps me with recovery. We share food recommendations and nutrition goals, and he never shames me for eating a Big Mac! Training with Brendon has never felt like a chore and I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for that helping hand.
