My passion for nutrition started when I was a teenager competing in multiple high-level sports. I experienced the positive impact my diet had on enhancing performance, recovery and overall well being. Now, I work to share my personal and professional knowledge with others.
In addition to my studies at the University of Wollongong, I have completed the Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition.

Best choice going through Dynamic Recov to find a personal trainer for my daughter. Her personal trainer has been great with her, and I'm so glad Rianon was selected to work with us.
